DURA-NEB 2000

VII. PROPER CARE AND MAINTENANCE

INTERNAL BATTERY RECHARGING PROCEDURE
Your DURA-NEB 2000 is equipped with 2 different types of battery indicators that will assist you in properly using the internal battery. The battery charge indicator in the middle of the plus (+) sign is illuminated when the internal battery is charging and turns off when the internal battery is fully charged. The battery capacity indicators are similar to the gas tank gauge in your car. Pay attention to them to reduce the risk of running out of power during a treatment.
CAPACITY
2 green lights and 1 yellow light illuminated means the battery = a full tank (Fig.1).

1 green light and 1 yellow light illuminated means the battery = 2/3 of a tank (Fig.2).

1 yellow light illuminated means the battery = 1/3 of a tank. Recharge soon (Fig.3).

1 red light illuminated means the battery = tank empty. Recharge necessary (Fig.4).

TO RECHARGE THE INTERNAL BATTERY
Make sure the compressor is turned off.

Plug the small round end of the AC Charger/Adapter into the socket on the front panel of the DURA-NEB 2000 marked "Power Input".

Plug the other end of the AC Charger/Adapter into the wall outlet. Make sure that the wall outlet is not being shared by a power consuming appliance.

The (Yellow) BATTERY CHARGING INDICATOR (Fig.5) should now be illuminated. Charging will take up to 8 hours to complete, depending on the current charge level of the battery. Once the battery is fully charged, the BATTERY CHARGING INDICATOR will turn off.

If the BATTERY CHARGING INDICATOR does not illuminate during charging or the BATTERY CHARGING INDICATOR does not turn off after 8 hours of continuous charging, unplug the charger/adapter, stop the recharging process and contact PARI Customer Service. If necessary, you may attempt to use your DURA-NEB to take treatments using the wall outlet. Make sure to unplug the charger/adapter when the treatment is complete. Do not attempt to take treatments from the internal battery, since it may not be working properly.
